The STAR-Downstate health center is easily accessible by bus (B-12, B-44) and subway (Flatbush Avenue #2 and #5 trains, exit at WINTHROP STREET Station). Enter through the University Hospital entrance at 470 Clarkson Avenue and proceed to Suite J at the end of the hallway. Limited paid parking is available on a daily basis (see Downstate Parking), along with nearby street parking.

The STAR-Brookdale health center is easily accessible by bus and subway. Take the #3 train to Saratoga Avenue Station, or the B35 bus to Church Avenue/Saratoga Avenue. The B15 bus also stops nearby at New Lots Avenue/Saratoga Avenue. The health center entrance is on Rockaway Parkway. Street parking is available.
