“State of the Art of HIV Management 2025”

Objectives: by the end of this presentation participants will be able to:

  • Describe when to start antiretroviral therapy (ART), including in people with opportunistic infections
  • Cite guidelines for initial antiretroviral therapy regimens, including during pregnancy
  • Describe when and how to switch ART regimens, including to long-acting injectable medications
  • Describe weight gain and cardio-metabolic complications
  • Review vaccines in people with HIV
