The STAR Program is proud to join SUNY Downstate’s Community Healthy Lifestyle Fair, a free event designed to bring wellness, connection, and learning opportunities to our Brooklyn community.
At our STAR table, you’ll find:
- Information and resources on HIV prevention, PrEP, PEP, and DoxyPEP
- Guidance on HIV and STI testing locations available through STAR Health Centers
- Mental health and wellness resources, including our Stop Mental Health Stigma campaign
- Educational materials in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and Russian
- STAR staff available to answer questions and connect you to care at our STAR Health Centers (Downstate & Brookdale)
📸 Special Feature: Stop by our photo booth and meet the STAR team—here to support you on your health journey.
The fair also features cooking demonstrations, yoga sessions, senior engagement, kids’ activities, raffles, giveaways, and health screenings for the whole family.
This event is free and open to everyone. Early arrivals receive special giveaways.
